CRM implementation, integration and support, with Salesforce at the centre of most of it.
CX Labs is a CRM consultancy founded in 2019. Most of our work is Salesforce, with Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Power Platform and Slack alongside it.
We started during the rush to the cloud, on the view that technology should make life easier, not harder. CRM projects manage the opposite often enough that it is worth saying out loud: plenty of them go live on time and leave the people using them worse off than before.
Most engagements start with a system that already exists. Sometimes it needs to do more than it was built for, sometimes it needs fixing, and occasionally it needs replacing. We work across professional services, risk and compliance, utilities, nonprofit and construction, and publish our own apps on the Salesforce AppExchange.
CX Labs is a Pledge 1% partner, and both offices put time into community organisations where they are based.
