CX Labs implements it for contractors whose operations have outgrown a spreadsheet and a diary. That usually covers scheduling and dispatch, the mobile app engineers use on site, planned maintenance contracts, and the quoting and invoicing that determine whether the work was actually profitable.
Most of the design effort goes into capture at the point of work. If an engineer records what is needed while still on site — readings, photos, signatures, certificates — the office is not reconstructing it a week later and invoicing is not waiting on paperwork.
Compliance-heavy trades are where this matters most. Where an operation is judged on evidence as much as on delivery, the system has to make the compliant path the easy one.

Compliance checks used to mean paper forms, manual uploads, and office staff chasing them. Aquacare technicians now complete them on site in Joblogic, and asset schedules and reminders look after themselves.
