CX Labs builds on Microsoft Power Platform — automation with Power Automate, Dataverse as the data layer, and the reporting that sits over both.
Power Platform is Microsoft’s low-code layer across the rest of its stack: Power Automate for automation, Power Apps for the interfaces around a process, Dataverse as the shared data store, Power BI for reporting, and Copilot Studio for agents on top. Dynamics 365 is built on the same foundations, which is why the two are usually bought and run together.
Our work here is weighted towards automation and the data underneath it. Power Automate itself covers two things worth separating: cloud flows, which connect applications and services through their APIs, and desktop flows — robotic process automation — which drive an interface directly where a system offers no practical way in. CX Labs builds both, and treats desktop RPA as a fallback rather than a first choice.
Engagements usually start with a process that works on paper but does not survive a busy quarter. We map who owns each step, what has to be captured, and where it stalls, then automate the parts that are genuinely mechanical and leave the judgement with people.
Compliance programmes are a common driver. There the requirement is not only that a task was completed, but that it can be shown to have been completed — on schedule, with a record that holds up to audit.
